IRI has added a new product to compliment our line of plugs. Our Bottom Rubber Plugs are now available with a plastic composite core in addition to IRI's traditional Aluminum alloy core. The plastic core has high tensile strength and possesses a greater compressive strength (30 ksi) over the 713 Aluminum alloy (24 ksi). The composite core can withstand bottom hole temperatures of up to 250 degrees F for extended periods of time.

This new Bottom Rubber Plug design is also PDC bit friendly and is a great alternative for those who wish to avoid aluminum.

The design also compliments IRI's Top Rubber Plugs that have a drillable Resin core
