IRI’s External Casing Packers offer packer elements in various lengths that can conform to regular, irregular, or washed-out hole diameters. Steel slat-reenforced elements are suitable for use in vertical, deviated, or horizontal wellbores and employ a robust valve system that positively locks out after inflation. 

  • One piece mandrel
  • Redundant valve system locks the valve in the closed position after packer inflation
  • Commonly run with Stage Cementing Tools
  • Standard temperature rated to 350F
  • Common applications: Primary & Multistage Cementing, Zonal Isolation, and Gas Migration
  • Available with API connections or premium connections and materials
  • Available element lengths: 3ft, 10ft or 15ft
  • Continuous or discontinuous elements
  • Special clearance options for tight tolerance installations
